Solera catering is a young, vibrant company dedicated to offering its clients something very unique. Not wanting to become just another caterer amongst the plethora of other caterers, Solera decided to focus their talents and concentrate on their passion, that being, Spanish cuisine.

Solera's founders: Antonia and Josefina are very passionate about Spanish cuisine. Both sisters were born in Australia but spent most of their life living in Spain. Now back in Australia the duo are ready and able to tease your culinary senses with their unique creations that combine the best of Spanish cuisine, both new and old.
