Yes we can, Spanish food is our speciality but we can offer almost any type of food upon request.
2. Is Spanish food spicey or hot?
Generally speaking, Spanish food is not spicey or hot. There are a small amount of regional dishes which can be a little spicey
but our menu does not include those particular dishes.
3. Is Spanish food the same as Mexican food.
No, Spanish food is not the same, but there are some basic similarities. The typical well known Mexican foods such as Taco's or
Enchiladas are not seen in Spanish cuisine at all. Mexican food tends to be very spicey and can be quite hot.
4. How far in advance do I need to reserve my date?
For wedding receptions please book 6 months in advance.
Corporate and Government events usually have a shorter lead time.
Private parties, meetings and other smaller events can be booked just a few weeks
ahead, even sooner in some cases
5. Is Solera catering fully insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for product and personal liability.
6. Can I make up my own menu or make changes in your menus?
Absolutely! We'd love to help you create a special menu
7. Can you provide for vegetarian and special dietary needs?
Yes we are happy to discuss and suggest a menu that will be suitable for you and your guests.

Yes, all of our food preparation and cooking is performed at our fully equipped commercial kitchen in Woden.
